Product Specification

Combustible Gas Sensor MQ-D5

Specification:

MQ-D5 type semiconductor combustible gas sensor is mainly used for leak detection, monitoring, alarm and intelligent gas leak alarm system on combustible gases (natural gas, methane, liquefied gas , butane, propane, manufactured gas and hydrogen). It uses advanced flat production process, from the heater and micro- Al2O3 forming a metal oxide semiconductor material constituting the ceramic substrate , with the electrode wire leads, encapsulated in a metal tube housing, cap . When detecting the presence of gas, the gas concentration in air is higher, the higher the conductivity sensor . Using a simple circuit that can change the conductivity of the gas is converted to an output signal corresponding to the concentration.
